Beatriz is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners. She brings to the team over 18 years of experience in the energy industry globally. Beatriz joined the wider Asterion team in May 2019 in her capacity as the General Manager of Asterion Energies, Asterion Fund I renewables platform. Prior to Asterion, Beatriz was part of the Energy Transaction advisory group at G-Advisory, a dedicated renewables and energy advisory company in Spain that belong to Garrigues Group.
During the course of 16 years, she advised on 200 transactions worldwide, with >€20bn of transaction value across a total of >15GW. Beatriz holds a master in corporate finance from Garrigues Studies Center, a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI), and a bachelor in Business Administration by the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).
Beatriz is an Associate at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has 7 years of experience coming from the leveraged finance area, bringing additional experience on the financing side. Before joining AIP she was Associate at the Leveraged Finance team at Société Génerale Investment Banking division.
She started her career as an analyst in structured finance at SunEdison. Beatriz has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).
Sheeni is an Associate at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has 6 years of experience in the infrastructure space, both in investment banking and on the investment side. Prior to joining AIP, she was an Associate at Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division in New York, focused on investment and asset management activities across sustainable infrastructure (energy & utilities and water) in North America.
She started her career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, focused on Natural Resources M&A (chemicals, energy & utilities and mobility) in North America. Sheeni is an Indian national and holds a Masters in Finance degree from London School of Economics and a Bachelor in Economics from University of Delhi in New Delhi.
Adrian is an Industrial Advisory Board member at Asterion Industrial Partners. He has over 24 years of infrastructure experience as Group CEO, having previously been CFO, of South Staffordshire Plc, an industry leading water company in the UK. In his role, he oversaw the regulated water company and the non-regulated infrastructure maintenance and customer service businesses, for which combined revenues increased five fold to c£300m during his tenure.
Adrian was successfully involved in five regulatory reviews with Ofwat (the Water Services Regulation Authority in the UK), the CMA approval for the acquisition of Cambridge Water, over 20 value accretive non-regulated acquisitions, bond and bank debt issuance, refinancing, a public demerger and take private transactions. Formerly, Adrian was at ACT Group, a software and services business, and KPMG. He is a Charted Accountant and has a BSc in Business Finance & Economics at the University of East Anglia.
Roberta is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners, having joined at inception as a member of Asterion’s Industrial Advisory Board. She was CEO of ENAV, the Italian Air Navigation Services Provider, where she managed the IPO process of the company on the Italian Stock Exchange, the first in the sector worldwide.
Roberta is also founder and Board Member of Byom, a consulting firm focused on advising investment funds and companies operating in the industrial, energy and infrastructure spaces. She formerly was CFO of Italian utility company ACEA S.p.A. Roberta began her career at Italsiel SpA and graduated in Business and Economics at La Sapienza University in Rome.
David is an Industrial Advisory Board member at Asterion Industrial Partners, having joined at inception in 2018 as an Operating Partner. He brings 35 years of experience in the Energy space with focus on renewables.
Prior to joining AIP, David was CEO of the Renewables business at Allianz Capital Partners, where he invested more than €4 billion in 80 wind and solar park assets in Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Finland and the US. Formerly, he was Executive Vice President at Shell Wind Energy. Prior to that, David was Vice President of European Development at El Paso Energy and gained additional operating experience holding different positions at Sithe Energies Europe and National Power as well as at Tejo Energia.
David is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and FEANI-registered European Engineer, as well as member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Silke is Partner & Head of Portfolio Management Committee at Asterion Industrial Partners since May 2020. Silke brings to the team 24 years of investment and asset management experience, of which 7 years of overlapping experience with Asterion’s founding partners.
Silke was formerly part of KKR’s European Private Equity Team in London, where she spent 16 years. During her tenure she served as the Head of the European Industrials Team. Prior to joining KKR, she started her career with Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt. She has served as an independent board member of several listed and unlisted companies, in addition to her extensive board experience during her time at KKR. Silke holds an MBA from University of St. Gallen and a Master of Community of European Business Schools (CEMS) from École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Paris.
Sebastián is a Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and networking in Telecommunications through a 24-year career across investing, M&A and industry positions.
Prior to joining AIP at its inception, Sebastián was Group Head of Strategy & Alliances at Telefónica, where, from 2012, he initially led Strategy and was a member of the Executive Committee of Telefónica Latinoamérica, based in Sao Paulo.
Formerly, Sebastián was an Executive Director within the Investment Banking divisions of Nomura & Lehman Brothers, focused on European Telecoms, Media & Technology M&A, based in London. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Norges Bank Investment Management, the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund, where he ran a Global Telecommunications Portfolio, based in London. Sebastián is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering by the University of Seville.
Alex is an Associate at Asterion Industrial Partners. He has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, both in investment banking and on the investment side.
Before joining AIP he was investment Associate at Digital Colony / Digital Bridge in London and prior to that, an Associate at J.P. Morgan’s Telecommunications, Media & Technology Investment Banking practice in London. He started his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays Capital based out of Dubai. Alex has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal and a Masters in Finance degree from London Business School.
Eduardo is an Associate at Asterion Industrial Partners. He has 6 years of experience in the financial services industry, both in Investment Banking and on the investment side, including over 2 years of infrastructure experience.
Prior to joining AIP he was Assistant Vice President at Allianz Capital Partners in London. He was part of the Infrastructure Direct Investments group and focused on energy & utilities, transportation and telecommunications. He started his career as an Analyst within Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division in London focusing on UK M&A. Eduardo has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor in Business Administration by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid.
Jorge is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners. He brings to the team over 20 years of experience in the telecoms industry globally.
Jorge has held positions at Nortel Networks in the US, Hutchinson 3G in the UK, Telefónica O2 UK and Telefónica Europe, where he was Head of Technology and Competitive Strategy. Since 2014 he has been Head of Infrastructure Transactions at Telefónica in Madrid. He holds an MBA from Duke University and is a Telecommunications Engineer by Universidad Politécnica in Madrid.
Alfredo is an Associate at Asterion Industrial Partners. He has 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, all of them in Audit and Assurance services.
Prior to joining AIP he was Senior Auditor in the Real Estate and Private Equity department at EY Luxembourg. He started his career at EY Madrid, also in the Audit division. Alfredo holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Advanced Accounting by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid and a Bachelor in Economics by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Macarena is Executive Assistant at Asterion Industrial Partners with 9 years of experience and is responsible for the office management.
Prior joining AIP, Macarena was Marketing Analyst at Credicorp Capital in Chile for c. 4 years and formerly Executive Assistant at Deloitte Chile.
Macarena started her career as Marketing Assistant at multimedia Spanish company Unidad Editorial. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets by Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) in Madrid and a Professional Certificate in Marketing by the London School of Marketing (LSM).
Arantxa is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrator Officer at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has over 25 years of experience, of which 13 years of experience in the management of international professional services firms, supervising all administrative departments including Human Resources, Operations, Finance, IT and Legal Compliance.
Before joining AIP at its inception, Arantxa was a Senior Advisory Consultant and advised US financial services firm Greenhill & Co. International with their set up in Spain.
Prior to that, she spent c. 10 years at Latham & Watkins as the Director of Operations for the Spanish Offices (Madrid & Barcelona) where she also held the position of AML Officer. She started her career as a Consultant at PWC Consulting (now IBM Consulting). Arantxa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration by Suffolk University in Boston and she is an internationally certified compliance professional awarded by the International Federation of Compliance Associations, as well as ASCOM (Spanish Compliance Association). She has also done the Executive Program Leading Professional Services Firms at the Harvard Business School, and in 2016 she completed an advanced program in Compliance at Instituto de Empresa.
Manuela is the General Counsel at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has 8 years of experience and has worked at top international law firms in Madrid, London, Paris and Brussels, and is a member of both the New York and Madrid Bar.
Prior to joining AIP at its inception, Manuela was a Corporate Managing Associate at Linklaters in Madrid, where she represented national and international financial investors and corporates in M&A deals.
Before that, she was an M&A and Capital Markets Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, based in London, where she spent close to 4 years. Manuela also has professional experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in Madrid, Clifford Chance, in Paris and Clearly Gottlieb Steen&Hamilton, in Brussels. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) by Columbia University where she was a James Kent Scholar, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Diploma in International Relations by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid.
Julia is an Associate at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has 7 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure space, both in investment banking and on the investment side.
Prior to joining AIP, Julia was a senior investment associate at AMP Capital in London, focusing on origination, transaction execution, and asset management activities across the mobility, energy, and telecommunication sectors. She started her career as an investment banking analyst within Société Générale’s M&A group in London.
Julia is a French national and holds a Master in Management and a Master of Science in Risk & Investment Management from EDHEC Business School.
William is an Associate at Asterion Industrial Partners. He has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, both in investment banking and on the investment side, including 2 years of energy investing experience.
Prior to joining AIP he was an investment associate at First Reserve in London.
He started his career as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs & Co., focused on M&A Latin American coverage and based in New York. William has an M.B.A. from the London Business School and a Bachelor in Economics by the Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires.

Prior to joining AIP she was an Associate at Alantra Partners, where she spent 4 years in the Strategy, Corporate Development & Investor Relations department, based in Madrid. Mónica started her career as an intern at UBS Equities Division in Madrid.

Antonio is an Operating Partner at Asterion Industrial Partners. He brings to the team 32 years of experience in the Energy space in Europe.
Antonio is the founder and CEO of Haya Energy Solutions, a specialized consulting firm focused on the energy sector and based in Paris, which has developed M&A projects in renewable and conventional power generation, cogeneration, district heating, gas and power retail, energy procurement and power optimization in France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Ireland.
Prior to this Antonio was CEO of KKR’s CELEST Power in France (2x410MW CCGT). Previously he was also CEO of Endesa France and General Secretary, Strategy & Corporate Development Director at E.ON France. Formerly, he held different positions at Endesa, including Responsible for M&A at Endesa Europe and Regulation Specialist at Endesa Distribution. Antonio holds an MBA from Deusto University and a Degree in Industrial Engineering by the Engineering School at Seville.
Beatriz is the CFO at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining AIP, Beatriz was CFO of the Spanish Private Equity Fund Realza Capital and prior to that she worked at the Financial Department at MerCapital and Alantra Partners in Madrid, with focus on their private equity vehicles.
Beatriz started her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in Madrid and as the Head of Administration in two Spanish SMEs. Beatriz holds a Business Administration Degree by the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and an Expert Course in Management and Direction of Geriatric & Seniors’ Centers by UNED.
Bice is a Senior Director at Asterion Industrial Partners. She has 14 years of experience in the financial industry focused on Energy and Infrastructure.
Prior to joining AIP, Bice was Head of M&A at Building Energy SpA in Milan and prior to that she spent 6 years at Brookfield Asset Management, working on investments in energy, utilities, transport and telecom, both in London and Madrid.
Bice started her career in Investment Banking for several years, first at Deutsche Bank and after at Goldman Sachs, focusing on Energy. Prior to joining AIP at its inception, Nicole spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley Commodities and Trading, both in London and New York, focused on structured transactions in European Energy Origination and Power Origination for North America.
Nicole started her career as a trainee in the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and Frankfurt. Prior to founding AIP, Guido was a Director at KKR Infrastructure, where he gained experience across 11 transactions, investing €4.5bn in Europe during the 8 years he spent here.
Formerly, Guido was an associate at Goldman Sachs where he was involved in a broad range of mergers, acquisitions and financings across various industries based in London, New York and Buenos Aires. Prior to founding AIP, Winnie was a Director at KKR Client & Partner Group Europe, where she spent close to 10 years. She was the product specialist for Infrastructure & Private Equity in Europe, responsible for the strategic positioning of the funds as well as helping to drive the co-investment process for the specific deals. Jesús is a Founding Partner and CEO at Asterion Industrial Partners. He is also member of the Investment Committee. Jesús has 36 years of experience in infrastructure, both in the corporate space and in the financial services industry.
Prior to founding AIP, Jesús was Global Co-Head of KKR Infrastructure & Member of KKR Infrastructure IC, where he developed the infrastructure practice for over 10 years since 2009.
He formerly was CEO of Endesa Europe as well as Managing Director of Corporate Development & Member of the Executive Committee of Endesa. During his time at Endesa, he led the company’s international expansion in Europe from 2000 to 2008, with investments in France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Morocco.
